The gap between knowing and doing

Andrew Hooper has spent his career watching smart professionals collect good ideas they never use. Conference notebooks full of strategies nobody opens again. Tech subscriptions nobody logs into. AI tools everyone downloaded and nobody uses to full potential. His entire body of work exists to close that gap.

The day job

Andrew serves as AVP of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation at Fidelity National Financial, the nation's largest title insurance company, working within its ecosystem of independent title agents. Before title, his path ran through leadership roles connected to major banking institutions including JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. His path, banking to title to innovation, means he has sat on multiple sides of the transaction and speaks to agents, lenders, attorneys, and executives in their own language.

Three lanes, one thread

He has delivered more than 500 live trainings, presentations, workshops, webinars, and masterminds. His work connects three lanes most speakers keep separate: practical AI implementation, relationship-driven sales and marketing, and the leadership required to make any of it stick. Plenty of AI speakers understand the tools but not the deal. Plenty of sales trainers understand persuasion but not the technology reshaping it. Andrew's value is the connection.

Behind the microphone

Off the stage, Andrew stays behind a microphone. He co-hosts Hanging With The Hoopers with his brother Tim, a podcast recognized among the Top 100 attitude-focused podcasts by MillionPodcasts, where the two take on leadership, sales, technology, and the candid realities of professional life. He is also a featured guest on The Trust Factor podcast alongside Tim and real estate broker Mike Gandalfo, appearing on the TMS Call, a monthly conversation on technology, marketing, and sales held every months' third Thursday at 10am.

The premise behind everything: better tools do not automatically produce better results. Execution does.

Where you've seen him

Andrew's calendar has taken him up and down the East Coast, from the Mid-Atlantic to the Southeast to the Northeast, in front of mortgage banking conferences, statewide Realtor associations, title agency masterminds, real estate law firms, leadership retreats, builder and industry summits, and regional webinars reaching audiences well beyond the stages he stands on.
